Unique Differences Between Our Scoring System And Others.

Unique Differences Between Our Scoring System And Others.

1. We are breaking all methods of kill into their own category and thus creating a world record for each.
No mixing of compounds, longbows and recurves.
No mixing of Black powder rifles, flintlock, percussion, and percussion in-line. Each will be honored in their own respective classes.

2. Most of the other scoring systems have such a high standard to get in; most hunters have nowhere to get their bucks in.
For instance; a deer is taken by shotgun and measures a gross score of 140" or less, he or she can't put it in any other system beside World Classics.

3. We also know that most systems now recognize the let-off issue, and yes we are the same there. But we also have the capability to change the moment that technology changes, thus making us one of the most versatile scoring systems available.

4. One of the biggest differences is that we want to represent the "Today" hunter, the guy or gal that gets on the Internet to buy his or her hunting gear, that has a nice buck and has no other place to put it, that want to get on the Internet to show their buddies and hunting partners their achievement and to honor their trophy by telling the story of the hunt, in their own words. From the Internet the ordinary hunter can go to the World Classics website and view all of our records without having to buy a book so that he or she can show off their deer. That's a Hugh savings to the consumer that wants more for their dollar and today’s hunters are all looking for a bargain.

5.And last of all, but I think is very important to remember is that "All" of these systems "Do" make money. They have to make money to operate the day to day, the advertising, and the paying of staff. Our $25 entry fee is very reasonable and trying to cover the expenses are stretched to the very limit: hats& logos, certificates and printing costs, Internet installation of records, Internet server payments, Web hosting payments, Search Engine placement payments, Postage and shipping, Show expenses and Show booths, Graphics design, Flyer design and printing, and the list goes on. So we think the fee is a bargain for what is offered and received.

I hope this helps for you to understand where World Classics wants to go, and we hope that you help support such a monumental endeavor. Our system won't be for everyone, but one day we hope that we are one of the Main Scoring Systems that everyone can be associated with. We have and will continue to endorse these other systems along with ours; we are not out to knock the others. We want to promote the theme of hunting to all and to get the trophy owner to enter as many records systems as possible.
